Homemade Tortillas

I have been wanting to try this recipe for about a year now, but finally got brave enough yesterday. Not sure why it took me so long to get around to making these. They were fairly quick and super easy (enough so that Arin could help) to make. They were also delicious. Even Andy, who is skeptical of all things "healthy", said there was no contest between these homemade, whole wheat tortillas and the store bought white ones. He said from now on, there is no need to buy tortillas anymore - he liked them that much!

The recipe can be found here. It calls for pastry flour. Like always, we gound our own flour for this recipe. I used soft white wheat berries and put my mill on the pastry setting.
