Smoothie Pops

We recently made a batch of smoothie popsicles, which my girls love!  Ella gets especially excited when it's time to eat one.  She enjoys them for breakfast or snacktime.

To make these pops, blend together:

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. yogurt (we used plain which we sweetened with vanilla and agave nectar - sometimes we use honey)
1 banana
1 c. frozen fruit (our favorite is strawberries, but we were out so we used blueberries in one batch and peaches in another and the girls love them too)

Pour into cups with popsicles sticks, or popsicle molds.  Freeze.  Enjoy!

THAT IS SUCK A COOL IDEA. I JUST CAME UP WITH A SAYING FOR DIETER. IF IT IS NOT FROM HOME IT IS NOT FOR YOU. I CALL IT THE NOT FOR YOU DIET. EAT AT HOME AND LOSE WEIGHT. OR MAYBE I WILL CALL IT TO HELL WITH FAST FOOD DIET.I NEED TO WRITE A BOOK ON THIS.

HOW DOES THAT WORK WHEN THEY START TO MELT? I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOME ONE DAY AND NEED TO KNOW HOW THE CLEAN UP AND RECOMMEND EAT TIME WOULD BE.

WHERE DID YOU GET THE FORMS YOU PUT THE POPS IN? I AM LOW ON CASH AND WAS TRYING TO THINK OF SOMETHING AROUND THE HOUSE I COULD PUT THEM IN. MAY BE AN ICE TRAY AND I COULD MAKE 10 TO 12 SMALL POPS.

What a neat idea! I wouldn't of thought of smoothie pops. Maybe my picky eater would eat them that way... Thx for the idea!
