Today, we took a walk and collected several leaves. We talked about how the leaves used to be green, but have started turning colors like yellow, red, and brown. When we got home, we made leaf collages by sticking leaves on clear contact paper and adding a second piece of contact paper on top once the girls were finished. This was a simple enough project that even Ella could participate and something that Arin enjoyed very much.

We did this a couple weeks ago too! Only... we didn't have contact paper so I used wax paper & had to melt it with an iron after the kids placed their leaves. And it's not as see-through so it's harder to see it. lol I need to invest in some contact paper. They look beautiful! (The kids & the leaf collages) :)
